Welcome to VedLearning. The following terms and conditions outline your rights and responsibilities when registering for and participating in our training programs. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Registration and Payment Policy

• Enrollment in any VedLearning course is only confirmed upon:
  • Complete payment of the course fee within two (2) days of registering, and definitely before the start date of the course.
  • A written confirmation from a VedLearning representative via email.
• Payments via cheque must be addressed to “VedLearning” and payable in New Delhi. Course access is granted only after the cheque has been cleared and the funds received.
• In case of a returned cheque due to insufficient funds, the participant will be given two (2) business days to settle the full payment, with an additional penalty of INR 1000/- for each bounced cheque.
• Any delay in payment may lead to a halt in access to course materials and certification issuance until full payment is received.

2. Course Deliverables

• Course fees cover registration, course participation, training materials.
• PDUs/Contact Hours certificates will be issued only after receipt of the full payment.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling by VedLearning

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a training session due to unforeseen reasons such as instructor unavailability, insufficient enrollments, or force majeure. If this occurs:

• Participants may reschedule to another upcoming session.
• Alternatively, a full refund will be provided.
• All refunds are processed within fifteen (15) business days from the original session’s scheduled end date.

4. Participant-Initiated Changes

If you are unable to attend:

• Inform VedLearning in writing (via email) at the earliest.
• Cancellations made more than seven (7) business days before the program start date will incur a cancellation fee of INR 6000/-.
• Cancellations within seven (7) business days of the start date will result in a complete forfeiture of the course fee.
• Refunds (if applicable) are processed within forty-five (45) business days after the scheduled program ends.
• Participants can request rescheduling:
  • Free of charge if done at least seven (7) business days in advance.
  • A nominal fee of INR 4000/- applies if rescheduled within seven (7) business days.
• If a rescheduled program is later canceled, no refunds will be provided.

5. Attendance & Certification Policy

To ensure optimal results and to qualify for VedLearning’s support:

• Participants are strongly advised to attend all sessions consecutively.
• If you miss any part of the scheduled training:
  • 100% Pass Guarantee is void.
  • Rescheduling charges of INR 4000/- will apply.
  • Issuance of Contact Hour Certificate will be deferred until full attendance is completed.

6. Money-Back Guarantee (For Select Certification Programs)

If you are unable to pass the certification exam on your first attempt, VedLearning will:

• Refund the training fee (excluding material and administrative charges).
• Provide post-training support including result analysis and exam coaching.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Exam must be attempted within 30–45 days of completing the training.
• Full participation in the entire training program.
• Completion of all assigned mock tests and reviews by VedLearning.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content and training materials are proprietary to VedLearning. These may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed in any form without our prior written approval. Unauthorized usage may lead to disqualification and legal action.

8. Governing Law

This website and its terms are governed under Indian law. Disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
