Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Vedlearning. We are committed to ensuring that our learners have a rewarding experience as they explore, evaluate, and purchase our training courses — whether online or in a classroom format.

As with any online transaction, our Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be provided. By purchasing a course on the Vedlearning website, you agree to our Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions, and the following terms:

Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom / Instructor-Led Online Training

Vedlearning reserves the right to postpone or cancel a training program, or change its location due to:

• Insufficient enrollments

• Instructor illness

• Force majeure events (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political instability)

If Vedlearning cancels the event:

• You will receive a 100% refund of the total fee paid.

If the participant cancels:

• 7 or more days prior to the event start date:
  A 10% administrative fee will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

• Less than 7 days prior to the event:
  No refund will be provided.

Cancellation & Refunds: Online Self-Paced Courses

• Within 48 hours of subscription:
  A 5% administration fee will be deducted from the total paid amount, and the rest will be refunded.

• After 48 hours of subscription:
  No refund will be issued.

Cancellation of Third-Party Courses

For courses delivered in partnership with third-party providers (e.g., Microsoft Project, Microsoft SharePoint):

• If canceled within 48 hours, a 50% cancellation and administration charge will apply.

• No refund will be issued after 48 hours of enrollment.

Refunds for Duplicate Payments

In case of duplicate payment, the extra amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 5–7 working days, upon notification by the customer.

Important Notes

• All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of a valid refund request.

• All requests must be submitted in writing to our support team.
