Kindly note that registration for a particular program cannot be considered guaranteed until and unless:

  • Full payment of the Program Charges is made within two (2) days of the registration and in any case before the program start date.
  • The candidate must have explicit acknowledgment from a Ved Learning employee, via email.
  • Cheques should be made in favor of “Ved Learning” payable at Delhi.

In case you have chosen to pay by cheque – your seat will be confirmed only upon successful realization of the cheque, i.e., when your cheque is cleared and we receive your funds in our account. If a cheque is returned due to insufficient funds, we will allow two (2) business days for you to make full payment.

An additional fee of INR 500/- will be charged for each returned cheque.

Lack of payment for any reason whatsoever may result in collection proceedings, and we reserve the right to notify that the course transcript or certificate has been suspended due to non-payment. The Program Charges cover the registration/participation charges, and all other program deliverables in addition to snacks/lunch during the four (4) days of the training program.

Contact hours/PDU certificates will be issued once we receive the full payment.

Program Cancellation Policy

We may have to cancel any particular program due to inclement weather, instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We understand and appreciate your commitment to Certification Exam and will make all reasonable efforts to reschedule a canceled program or make alternate arrangements to provide you with training.

You have the option to reschedule the program, enroll in a similar program available at another time, or choose to obtain a full refund.

All refunds are processed within fifteen (15) business days from the scheduled program end date.

Fees Refund & Program Rescheduling Policy

It becomes necessary to levy fees if you choose to cancel your registration or do not attend the full four (4) days of the training program at once.

If a candidate cannot attend a booked course or examination, it is the candidate’s responsibility to inform Ved Learning by email as soon as possible.

  • If you cancel after registration before seven (7) business days of the actual program start date, you will be charged INR 6000/- towards cancellation fees.
  • Cancellation within seven (7) business days of the actual program start date will result in forfeiture of the entire course fee.

All refunds will be processed in forty-five (45) business days after the end date of the actual scheduled program.

You also have the option to postpone your program to another program subject to availability and Ved Learning approval. No rescheduling fee is levied if rescheduling is done before seven (7) business days prior to the actual class start date; otherwise, a nominal rescheduling fee of INR 4000/- is levied.

Cancellation of a postponed program results in forfeiture of program charges.

For you to clear the Certification Exam on the FIRST ATTEMPT, Ved Learning strongly recommends that you attend the full four (4) days of the training program in one go, i.e., continuously.

In case you are not able to attend the four (4) days training program at once:

  • The 100% Pass – Money Back Guarantee stands null and void.
  • A rescheduling charge of INR 4000/- will be levied.
  • The 35 contact hour certificate will be on hold/will not be issued until you complete the four (4) days training program.

If you are unable to clear the Certification Examination on your first attempt, we will: a) Payback your training fees (study material and other administrative charges will be deducted).
b) Analyze your exam results.
c) Provide web-based/phone-based coaching for the Certification Examination.

Pre-Conditions

  • You must take the Certification Examination within 30–45 days after the last day of the training session.
  • You must have attended the complete 2 / 4 / or 9 days (depending on the course schedule) of the training program without any interruption.
  • You must attempt all the online mock exams provided and get them reviewed by the Ved Learning team prior to appearing for the main Certification Exam.

Copyrights and Proprietary Property

We will provide you with manuals and other material, which are copyrighted proprietary property of Ved Learning. All copyrights relating to any course materials provided or made available by us or any other party during the program remain the sole property of the copyright holder.

No part of any course materials may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise), or translated into any language, without our prior written consent.

Any such reproduction, storage, or transmission of copyrighted material constitutes a violation of the code of ethics and will be reported to Ved Learning, leading to the suspension of your credential.
